It's been a hard few years for teachers.

You've made the decision that you need to find a new career path that can sustain and fulfill you.

And yet, as strong as your desire may be to switch careers or switch industries, you're still missing the blueprint for actually landing that new job of your dreams.

Enter TeacherExodus, the community of soon-to-be former teachers who are finding successful careers in tech.

Why tech you may ask?

  1. There is a constant need for tech talent, companies are hiring like crazy
  2. Many roles lend themselves to emerging talent, no need to go back to get another degree
  3. You'll actually experience career progression - not just a job you do day-in and day-out with no recognition for 45 years
  4. You can make considerably more money
  5. You'll be valued for the contributions you make

He brings a unique take for transitioning teachers with his knowledge of hiring in the tech world. Dan has helped dozens of family members and friends make their exit from teaching, including his wife Kelli (Solutions Consultant) and Adam (Sales Development).

Adam is a former music teacher of ten years.  Having taught in Minnesota, Montana, and multiple Indian Reservations, he understands the immense challenges teachers face.  Adam now does Tech Sales and Career Coaching.
